CHARACTERISTICS

The 20 volume oxidizing emulsion is a solution of hydrogen peroxide with a percentage of 6% active oxygen. It is used in combination with hair dyes or bleach to activate the chemical reaction needed to change hair color. The 10 volume emulsion is used to totalize colored hair, to cover gray hair or to slightly darken natural hair. This level of active oxygen is quite gentle and is used to color hair without causing too much damage. However, it is important to follow the product instructions and do a sensitivity test before application, as improper use can cause damage to hair and skin.
