HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you need to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days from the conclusion of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a reimbursement directly with the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must still have the tags attached and be returned in the original, unopened packaging.
- Returned items must not have been used
- Furniture items cannot be returned if they have been assembled.
- For hygiene and packaging reasons, it is not possible to return disposable products and cosmetics.
To initiate a return, complete the following steps:
- Send an email to servizioclienti@diroestetica.it indicating
ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED.

Print your FREE shipping label that you will receive via email.

Book the collection by replying to the email indicating the day

Carefully package the products to be returned
- Send all items back to us using the printed label
Further information:
- The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the package.
- Outbound shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of a total return due to an objective defect in the products or a shipping error, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
