HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you need to return your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a reimbursement direct with the original payment method.
We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:
- Returned items must still have the tags on and must be returned in the original, unopened packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- For hygiene and packaging reasons, it is not possible to return disposable and cosmetic products.
To initiate a return, complete the following steps:
- Send an email to servizioclienti@diroestetica.it indicating
ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED.

Print your FREE shipping label that you will receive via email

Book the collection by replying to the email indicating the day

Carefully package the products to be returned
- Send all items to us using the printed label
Further information:
- The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the package
- Outbound shipping costs and cash on delivery fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of total return due to objective defect of the products or shipping error, shipping costs will also be refunded.
